Neela Bettridge, as executive coach and co-founder of Article 13, provides her view on the future of CSR and the move towards corporate sustainability and responsibility.
This month’s edition of Edge Magazine, from the Institute of Leadership and Management, features sustainability. Role model article, "CSR The Suits", looks at organisations and how they make a success of CSR. Neela Bettridge, executive coach and co-founder of CSR consultancy Article 13, comments on CSR as a business model and stresses how sustainability really is the key for successful CR.
The article explores CSR and the differences bigger and smaller companies face through three case studies. These case studies demonstrate that size does not necessarily determine the success of CR, but rather highlights factors which organisations should be taking advantage of to really embed CSR/sustainability into their business model.
