Statement of intent
The purpose of this privacy statement is to provide Article13.com users with information about the data we will gather as they use the site.
In accordance with this policy, our services are designed to give you the information that you want to receive. Article13.com will act in accordance with current legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998, and aims to meet current Internet best practice.
Information on visitors
During the course of any visit to Article13.com our server downloads the pages which you see along with something called a cookie to your computer (see below for more on this). The only time we may do so is if we are obliged by law to disclose information (for example, to government bodies or law enforcement agencies). Article 13 does not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and the User’s use of them is at their own risk. Article 13 urges Users to review privacy policies, including cookies, of any third party website they visit.
