How we work

To start with we provide an independent perspective on your risk-readiness, a 'third eye' to challenge the robustness and fitness of your company's ability to deliver against future uncertainties.  We identify current and emerging risks and, through the use of scenario mapping, determine what still needs to be done.

We then help company boards to develop strategy and policy through the use of research and stakeholder engagement.  We use participative methods, engaging all stakeholders in the implementation process to build innovative strategies, advocacy, policy decisions and effective communications.

Upon implementation and management, our work delivers innovation, organisation-wide responsibility and a deeper understanding of risk.  We can either work alongside client teams or bring in specialist Article 13 resource.
