Responsible Business Masterclass

This one-day CSR workshop, run in association with Middlesex University, is for anyone who wants to improve their leadership on CSR issues.  You will receive coaching and interactive learning experiences from leading CSR experts tailored to participants' own priorities.  You will develop the skills and techniques to successfully communicate, implement and evaluate your company's CSR programme.

Who should attend?

Run in association with Middlesex University, these masterclasses are designed for senior managers and board-level influencers and decision makers - senior and non-executive directors, CSR committees and company secretaries.  Our aim is to help you further develop the skills and the knowledge you need to truly take the lead on CSR and embed the principles and practices within your organisation.

The programme

Determine your own priorities

Since the focus of these masterclasses is leadership, they begin with you taking the lead on determining your priorities.  We can provide the framework, coaching from tutors, advice on critical issues from recognised experts, and opportunities to interact and network as you share experiences.  But we want you to set the agenda, which you can do through a pre-session telephone call with one of our in-house team.

Address the key issues

The masterclasses cover issues that are critical to your business.  But you may wish to consider any or all of the following:

• How is CSR likely to evolve over the next 5 to 10 years?
• How can CSR add value to my bottom line?
• How can I integrate CSR into both my business and business strategies?
• How can I most effectively champion CSR within my organisation?
• How can I energise others to embrace the CSR agenda? 
• What constitutes CSR best practice and how is it applicable to my organisation?

The masterclass has been set up to enable you to participate, as an individual, in a broadly based event and benefit from the interaction you will enjoy with people from other organisations.  However, it is one of a series of masterclasses and there are other options available.  If your organisation has a dedicated CSR committee, we can run a specific masterclass or series of masterclasses for all its members.  In addition, specific topic experts can attend your masterclass depending on the business critical issues included on your agenda.
