Social Impact: measuring and managing your social footprint

4 June 2010, London

CSR managers, community engagement specialists and sustainability reporters will learn how to better evaluate the impacts of companies' social and community programmes.

Drawing on real-life examples, participants will learn techniques for assessing the community and business benefits of social initiatives, including the methodology behind SROI (social return on investment) practices.  They will also gain insights into stakeholder dialogue and how to develop indicators for tracking social impact of community programmes.
