Components of delivery
We work alongside our clients to address the issues which are most material to their business and their stakeholders are facing. Therefore each of our programmes is different and we do not have a standard ‘list of services’. However, the components of our programmes typically include:
- Materiality assessment – including bespoke screen and tool kit to review existing programmes and global best practice to support organisations to identify the issues which matter most (the material issues) to their business and stakeholders
- Impact assessment – including environmental and social impact assessment (LCA and footprinting) and future scenario planning
- External review and appraisal of existing programmes – including our best practice benchmarking screen and internal and external stakeholder interviews
- Strategy development and implementation planning – based on the Article 13 Materiality Assessment Programme – linking sustainability to your organisational culture, vision and values
- Stakeholder engagement and community facilitation – including stakeholder mapping, (including the identification of ‘traditionally under-represented stakeholders'), the development of engagement programmes and on-the-day facilitation with particular expertise in engagement around sensitive and highly complex issues
- Internal and external reporting and communication– including internal and external sustainability / CSR reporting (UNGC, GRI and ISO 26000) and providing new ways to communicate and engage including the use of social, digital and on-line media
- Behaviour change and social marketing – including scoping, delivery and evaluation of population-level behaviour change (social marketing) programmes and linking these programmes to corporate and brand identity and building cross-sector partnerships
- Training and capacity building – including in-house masterclasses and training for on-the-ground and local community teams (including E-Learning tools)
- Impact evaluation and measurement – bespoke (process and outcome) evaluation tools including Social Return on Investment (SROI).
