Without measuring performance within the context of what the world needs, companies risk their targets being viewed as insufficient vs. their share of responsibility.

72% of corporate sustainability targets we reviewed in 2021 are not focused on what the world needs.

To achieve the ideal state, organisations need to contextualise their operations and risks with the broader systems that we all exist within. Our aim is to support organisations to apply science-based targets, as they emerge, against their share of responsibility to Planetary Limits and apply SDG's
to their share of responsibility to Social Thresholds.
